There’s no one size fits all when consuming cannabis products in public, due to Canadian law having different regulations in accordance with the province or territory. Beyond private residences, the smoking of cannabis is permitted in the majority of outdoor public spaces, such as parks and sidewalks in Ontario, however, this varies depending on the province. To avoid breaking any laws, you should check whether smoking cannabis is illegal in public within your province.

To enter any of Hibuzz locations, each customer will need one piece of valid government-issued photo ID. IDs from outside of Canada may be accepted. Photos or printouts of IDs will not be accepted. Please see below valid IDs accepted at Hibuzz locations: – Ontario Driver’s Licence – Canadian Passport – Canadian Citizenship Card – Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card – Certificate of Indian Status Card (issued by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada) – Permanent Resident Card (Issued by the Government of Canada)
